You know the drill, January first rolls around and the New Year's resolutions follow and are almost immediately forgotten.  But not this year.  Join Krista Shirley on Saturday, January 20th for a New Year's Resolution Kickstarter workshop.  We'll begin the day with a warm and sweaty Mysore practice then sit down and learn the foundation of creating a daily yoga practice. Spend the afternoon with Krista learning tips and tools to help make that goal a reality.

 

Following a short break, we end with a discussion and conversation about nutrition and Yoga, what’s best to consume before and after practice, quick meals during the day, juicing and so much more.
